📝 या अर्जातील वैयक्तिक माहिती, परीक्षा केंद्रांची निवड, त्यांचा प्राधान्यक्रम, शैक्षणिक माहिती, अधिकृत पत्ता, पालकांची पूर्ण माहिती भरल्यानंतर तुम्हांला तुमचा पासपोर्ट फोटो, सही आणि डाव्या हाताच्या अंगठ्याचा ठसा अपलोड करावा लागेल. तुमचा फोटो आणि सही व्यवस्थित तपासून घ्या.

💳 डेबीट, क्रेडिट कार्ड, नेट बॅंकिंग, ई वॅलेट किंवा चलनाद्वारे परीक्षा शुल्क भरा. ही प्रक्रिया झाल्यावर तुमचे कन्फर्मेशन पेज तयार होईल, त्याची प्रिंट आऊट घ्या आणि ती सुरक्षित ठेवा. 15 एप्रिल 2019 पर्यंत तुम्हाला तुमच्या मेलवर हॉल तिकीट मिळेल, याचीसुद्धा कॉपी घ्या आणि ती जपून ठेवा.

1. Nephritis: Inflammation of the kidney

3. Hemoglobinuria: The presence of Hb in the urine.
4. Glycosuria: The presence of Carbohydrates in the urine.
5.Aglycosuria: Absence of carbohydrates in the urine.
6. Hematuria: The presence of blood in the urine.
7. Uremia: The presence of excessive amounts of urea the urine.
8. Albuminuria: The presence of more than normal amount of albumin in urine.
9. Proteinuria: The presence of excessive proteins in the urine.
10. Urobilinuria: The presence of excessive amount of urobilins in the urine, formed mainly from Hemoglobin.
11. Dysuria: Pain during urination.
12. Polyuria: The excessive passage of urine (at 2.5 Ltr per day for an adult).
13. Oliguria: Less urination than normal.
14. Nocturia: Excessive urination at night.
15. Nocturnal Enuresis: Bedwetting at night.16. Diurnal Enuresis: Involuntary urination that happens during the day.

*नीट परीक्षा देणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी महत्वाच्या सूचना

नीट परीक्षा देताना विद्यार्थ्यांच्या सोईसाठी बनवलेल्या नियमांचा बाऊ करून विद्यार्थी व पालकांचा ताण वाढवण्याचा प्रकार निदर्शनास येत आहे. विद्यार्थी व पालकांनी खालील सूचना नीट वाचून त्या फॉलो कराव्यात.

👉 ड्रेस कोड बद्दल बरेच गैरसमज पसरवले जात आहे. तुम्हाला सोईचा असेल असा कुठलाही ड्रेस तुम्ही घालू शकता. गर्मीचे दिवस असल्यामुळे सुती कपडे घातलेले उत्तम. शाळेचा किंवा कॉलेजचा युनिफॉर्म असेल तरी उत्तम.

👉 जेवढं सिंपल जाता येईल तितके सिंपल जावे.

👉 परीक्षा हॉल मध्ये अडमिट कार्ड ची ऑनलाईन प्रिंट व नीट चा फॉर्म भरत असताना वापरलेले २-३ फोटो सोबत घेऊन जावे. आधार कार्ड सुचानामध्ये नमूद केलेलं नाही तरी आधार कार्ड ओरिजनल सोबत ठेवावे.

👉ऍडमिट कार्ड कलर असावेच असे कुठेही नमूद केलेलं नाही तरीही कुणाला शंका असेल तर कलर प्रिंट काढून घेऊ शकतात.

👉परीक्षा केंद्रावर एकाच वेळेला गर्दी होऊ नये म्हणून विद्यार्थ्यांना दोन स्लॉट मध्ये बोलावण्यात आले आहे. ७:३०-८:३० या स्लॉट मध्ये बोलावण्यात आलेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांनी जास्त लवकर न जाता ८:३० ला परीक्षा केंद्रात प्रवेश घेतला तरी चालेल. ८:३०-९:३० या स्लॉट मधील विद्यार्थ्यांनी जास्त उशीर न करता ९ पर्यंत परीक्षा केंद्रावर पोहचू ही काळजी घ्यावी. काही कारणास्तव पहिल्या स्लॉट मधील विद्यार्थ्यांना परीक्षा केंद्रावर पोहचण्यास उशीर झाला तरी त्यांना ९:३० वाजण्यापुर्वी परीक्षा केंद्रात प्रवेश दिला जातो. सर्व विद्यार्थ्यांनी ९:३० वाजण्यापूर्व परीक्षा केंद्रावर हजर राहावे. ९:३० नंतर कुठल्याही सबबीवर परीक्षा केंद्रात प्रवेश दिला जात नाही याची सर्वांनी नोंद घ्यावी.

👉विद्यार्थ्यांनी परीक्षा हॉल मध्ये चार ठिकाणी सही करणे गरजेचे आहे.
१. प्रवेश पत्रावर ( Admit card )
२. उत्तर पत्रिकेवर ( OMR sheet )
३. हजेरी पत्रावर(Attendance Sheet) ( परीक्षेच्या सुरुवातीला पेपर घेत असताना व परीक्षेच्या शेवटी ओ एम आर शीट पण परीक्षकाकडे परत देत असताना. )
४. हजेरी पत्रावर ( attendance sheet) var फोटो लावण्यास  विसरू नका.

👉प्रश्नपत्रिका विद्यार्थ्याना दिल्यानंतर प्रश्न पत्रिका व उत्तरपत्रिका (ओ एम आर शीट) वर दिलेला कोड सारखाच आहे का याची खात्री करून घ्या. कोड  A,B,C,D असे असतात.
तसेच प्रश्नपत्रिकेत असलेली पाने  (pages) बरोबर आहेत की नाही हे मोजून घ्या. एखाद पान कमी असेल तर याची माहिती परीक्षकांना द्या.

👉प्रत्येक वर्गात भिंतीवर घड्याळ असणे गरजेचे आहे. नसेल तर परीक्षकांना याची कल्पना देऊन घड्याळ लावण्याची मागणी करा.
