Q.No.6. If double stranded DNA has 14 % C (cytisine)What percent A (adenine),T(thymine )and G(guanine)  would you expect?

1. In DNA molecule there is complimentary base pairing of A=T & C=_ G.
2. In DNA purine :pyrimidine ratio is equal I.e.1:1
3. As given C is 14 %  so G is also 14% C+G=28%
4. 100-28=28%  which is A+T  
5. 72/2 =36
6. A=36%
7. T=36%
